HIARCS Chess will always use the latest book available in its Documents folder. You can see the book version number in the HIARCS: Info & Updates screen.

Now in HIARCS Chess choose the HIARCS->Info & Updates menu item and tap Book update and HIARCS will read in the latest book.You can now drag files from your desktop to the HIARCS Chess app on your device by dragging them to the Finder->Files->HIARCS Chess app view.Īlternatively, you can also drag files using the Finder window from the HIARCS Chess app on your device to your desktop, for example to backup your PGN databases.Click on the HIARCS Chess app in the list that is displayed.With the device info show look to the right of General and click on Files (between Photos and Info).
